Actually, when I created this new avatar, it was too narrow and was getting stretched, so I added the Yamaha logo to make it wider. I took the picture with my cell phone! LOL!
I bought this album yesterday, and I have to say it is pretty good. I was not blown away, but Jordan really grooves nicely! I absolutly hate the tone of his toms..... The tuning is way too high for my taste! I didn't see anyone else comment on it, so I am interested to see what everybody else thought.
that's funny Scott; my wife heard that high tom fill you're talking about and said, "his drums sound like ass."
Your wife sounds like she is a very smart woman!
Yeah, that rack tom sounded WAY too funky...in a bad way.
"Funky... in a bad way!"
That quote is a keeper!

it looks pretty sweet, it definately has an awesome sound.
Anyone catch these guys on Conan O'Brian last night? Steve was using a kick drum that looked like it was 14" with a 20" or 22" depth. Very strange but cool sound. Strange looking too...
